Why does Kiremko process personal data?

Kiremko uses personal data for the purpose of:

  • Registering your visit to Kiremko;
  • Concluding an agreement, sending an invoice and for financial processing at Kiremko;
  • Selling services and products and send advertisements;
  • Sending invitations to fairs and events and;
  • Answering questions and handling complaints.


In order to adjust our messages to your preferences and behaviour and to offer you the best personal experience, we may analyse and combine all information linked to your account details and other data about your interactions with Kiremko. We also use this information to segment our target groups and see which of our products and/or services users are interested in and to measure the effects of our marketing activities.

Kiremko offers you the possibility to at all times withdraw your consent for receiving promotional messages via a link at the bottom of each promotional message that you receive from us by e-mail. What personal data does Kiremko process?

Kiremko processes personal data within the meaning of Section 4 (1) of the GDPR. Personal data is all data that can provide information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
Kiremko processes data from you as a Kiremko customer (customer data). The following categories of personal data are processed:

  • Name, first names, initials, titles, job title, car registration number, name and address details, telephone number and similar details required for communication purposes, such as e-mail address and the organisation to which the data subject belongs;
  • Data for processing orders or orders from customers;
  • Data necessary for the execution of the agreement or order;
  • An administration code that does not contain any information other than those referred to above;
  • The type and model of the device used, such as a computer, laptop, tablet, landline, mobile phone or TV;
  • The IP address of your device that can connect to the Internet in combination with the type of browser, type of device and type of system.


Does Kiremko share data with other organisations?

Kiremko only shares data with third parties if Kiremko is obliged to do so on the basis of statutory provisions, is forced to do so as a result of legal proceedings and/or if Kiremko deems this necessary to protect its own rights.


How long does Kiremko store personal data for?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary or permitted, taking into account the purpose or purposes for which the data was collected. Our criteria for determining retention periods are:

  1. the duration of the ongoing relationship that we have with you prior to participation in the Kiremko pages;
  2. whether we are subject to any legal obligation; or
  3. whether retention is desirable taking into account our legal position (such as with regard to the applicable limitation periods, dispute resolution procedures or inspections by supervisory authorities).



Profiling is the classification of people into categories (profiles) based on their personal data. Subsequently, (automated) individual decisions can be made based on these profiles. Kiremko engages in profiling via the website.
